1. Fiona Volpe (Luciana Paluzzi, Thunderball). The inspiration for Austin Powers' Alotta Fagina.

My favorite was Pussy Galore, played by Honor Blackmon. Yeah, the name was a joke, but she was a terrific foil in the best Bond film.
And playing a nuclear physicist, Denise Richards just oozed authenticity, didn't she?
