If the Justice League project stays in development until Nolan and Singer's movies have run their course, then I wouldn't mind seeing Batman or Superman in the JL movie. I don't think the others would carry the movie without them, but then I never thought Ghost Rider would, either. (Not a compliment but a comment on Hollywood excess.)
Here's my problem with hero team movies. To justify featuring the hero team there must be equal opposition, meaning the Legion of Doom or the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. With that much power being thrown around, it can easily become a free-for-all.
I prefer my superhero movies up close and personal.

I'm cautiously optimistic. JLU was probably one of the best cartoons out there. It would be nice to see a big screen adaption if it's not a suck-fest.
Leave Batman the fuck alone!
Seriously, they can do whatever they want with the others, but leave that character in the world that Nolan has created.
