Notable Stories of 2006, including Thrilling Detective stories "The Last to Know" by Karl Koweski and "Like a Matter of Honour by Russel D. McLean. This list will be whittled to ten finalists, and the best story will be chosen by popular vote. Congratulations and good luck, everyone.
