After two unspecified health incidents this year, Jimmy Buffett died last night aged 73. One of my professors at Hofstra, who liked my C.J. Stone aviator stories, recommended Buffett's novel Where is Joe Merchant? From there I got into Buffett's music, which reminds me to kick back and enjoy myself whenever I can.
