Can't believe you beat me to it G... I was a regular visitor at the Rutgers Grease Trucks in my time there... however I was more a fan of the Fat Cat, two burgers, french fries, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, bacon, ketchup mayo... the original. Funny thing about the Fat Darrell, when you ask about it, everyone at Rutgers says, "Oh I knew Darrell, you should have seen what he had to do to get a sandwich named after him."
I'm still holding out for the Broodwich.
