Hey, Gerald...I remember all of those except MATRIX, which I missed altogether (didn't have cable in 1993, as I remember), though I didn't watch any whole episodes of THE DRESDEN FILES. Was particularly fond of EYES (such a gorgeous cast and production design, for one), THE HUNTRESS, and, probably unsurprisingly, FIREFLY. Did you miss PEACEMAKERS? It and FIRFEFLY, along with F's dvd life, are viewable on Hulu.com.

Ah, yes, KAREN SISCO and VENGEANCE UNLIMITED also great favorites of mine. SISCO, of course, rather similar to THE HUNTRESS for cast and situational reasons.

Another item that could stand with these, as I see it, was F/X THE SERIES...

I did catch PEACEMAKERS and remember it now that you mention it. Nice mix of gun-toting justice and frontier science to solve crimes. Nine episodes, a shame.

Many of these are examples of show that never were given a chance to find an audience. Too bad.

Kudos for bringing up "Vengeance Unlimited" and "Karen Sisco," two shows that were better than anything else that came out in their respective seasons.

I hate ABC with a passion. Including the aforementioned shows, they also squandered "C-16," "Gun" and "Line Of Fire." I doubt there has ever been a network that has aired that many quality programs inside of six years and had nothing to show for it.
